Ruthzar holds a master’s in Human Capital Management from NYU and serves as a dedicated board member for nonprofit organizations.

James Houston is a technology leader and co-founder with over 15 years of experience in cybersecurity, cloud architecture, and agile project management. As Chief Technology Officer at P.Of.Freedom, he drives the development of secure, scalable solutions and leads innovation in augmented reality business applications to enhance communication and collaboration. With expertise in CRM systems, cloud infrastructure, and process automation, James is committed to delivering transformative solutions that improve operational efficiency. His certifications include Azure DevOps Engineer, SAFe 6 Scrum Master, and CISSP, reflecting his dedication to advancing technology for the future of business.

Chef Andre Rush is a U.S. Army veteran, strategic advisor, and business leader with over 20 years of experience. He has served as a trusted advisor to top military leaders at West Point and played a key role in high-level decision-making as the White House Chef under four U.S. Presidents. In his role as President and CSO at P.of.Freedom, Chef Rush leverages his deep understanding of business strategy, government contracting, and high-stakes negotiations. He has forged key partnerships with industry giants like Sodexo and other influential organizations, positioning the company for rapid growth and expanding its reach within the government, corporate, and veteran-owned business sectors.
